We are not liable for any outcomes, actions, or decisions you make based on our content.

7. No Defamation / User Responsibility
Users, contributors, and guest authors agree that all submissions, comments, and other content they provide will not contain false, misleading, or defamatory statements about any individual, organization, or entity.
Each author or contributor is solely responsible for the content they submit and for ensuring it complies with all applicable laws, including defamation, privacy, and intellectual property laws.
8. Indemnification Clause
By submitting content to Ghost Mother (the “Publication”), contributors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Publication, its owner(s), editors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
any content submitted, published, or distributed by the contributor;
any alleged defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, or other violation of third-party rights resulting from such content; or
any breach of these Terms of Service.
In the event of a legal dispute or claim, the contributor agrees to bear all related legal fees and costs incurred by the Publication in its defense.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ghost Mother, its owner(s), and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in or use of the Publication, including but not limited to damages related to reputational harm, loss of income, or emotional distress.
Ghost Mother’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the contributor to the Publication in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through informal negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Indiana, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, except where indemnification applies as stated above.
11. Acknowledgment
By contributing to or engaging with Ghost Mother, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including the indemnification and liability limitations.
